In-Your-Pocket Pricing Plan

This is our Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan for longtime clients of Pocket Office only. Instead of waiting to have a lump sum ahead of continuing another phase of your project, you can pay for the running time we spend on tasks and then pay after. We're eager to support you.

How Does This Work?

Instead of paying in increments ahead of receiving our services, approved clients will only be charged for the time we spend doing tasks for them. We then invoice them after we've reached their goal time, task or total funds. They are then able to pay on a Net 7, Net 14 or Net 30 schedule. See our FAQs

Why are you doing this?

For business owners who have built trust with us, we offer this option so that you can still get our support without having to pay before you get work done.

How will I pay for the work done?

We will invoice you at the end of each week. You can choose between Net7, Net14 and Net30. You will have 7, 14 or 30 days to pay off your balance once you've been invoiced.

How does this work?

Based on the hourly rate set by Pocket Office which is $74.99 per hour we will charge you for the time used to accomplish tasks. There will be no rounding up of time. You will only pay for the time spent on tasks. E.g. If you only need and hour and a half of work. The exact cost will be $112.48.

What if someone doesn't pay?

We're very understanding that things come up. If we however detect abuse of the system, our late fees and other collection means will be enforced. See our Terms of Service - Secction 8.

Is there a minimum usage amount?

Nope! If you only need us for 5 minutes for a task, that is totally possible too.

Are all tasks chargeable?

As with all our other plans, you pay for the time that we spend on your tasks. This includes Zoom calls, phone calls and tasks; any time spent helping you grow and progress is billable.

How can I monitor the time being spent?

Great question. We have client portals that you will be able to gain access to open request. Be sure to ask about enabling your personal business portal.
